Since singing Mr. Bojangles in my grandma Merkel’s Rochester, NY Hospice room in the early 70’s I have always had an affinity for singing for elderly folks. Heck I’m getting up there myself and I find music is a great sauve to a hurting or lonely soul so the connections can go VERY deep.
